Do you think GW Bush was a decent president ?

Many have shown their disgust for president Bush and the job he has done over the past 8 years. However there are some that actually believe he did a decent job while in office. My question to all of you including his supporters is, do you think he was a good president? If so why? What good things has he done for our country since he was elected?
