I am an officer, one issue that is prevalent here is the usage of fake ids amongst 19-20 years olds any ideas?

Unfortunately, we dont have that much control over the issue unless it is in possession of course. The same goes with firearms and illegal drugs. However, I was thinking of proposing to my department the possibility of reinstating a cops in shops program. what u think?
