In Texas I acquire property with a mobile home on it since 1999.?

There is a lien on the mobile home.The buyer of the mobile home is deceased since 2006 and the original property owner is deceased since 2007. I acquire the property from the heirs of the property in 2008. The family of the buyer of the mobile home paid on the home until 2008. I tried to file it as abandoned on the land and found that the lien changed hands four times since the original finance co. (Countrywide). After I filed this with the State of Texas the lien holder claims they have the rights and want to be paid for the home or the right to sell it on my land. This trailer has the wheels off and the buyer of the home was never the owner of the land. Do I have any rights to mobile home or does the lien holder have rights to the mobile home.
