What has happened to my money?

I normally get �100 a month from my parents as I am at present training to be a teacher and I have other commitments so I have no income other than a student loan that pays my rent and bills. I normally always get this on the 1st of each month and the past 2 months it has gone in like clockwork at 2am on the first of every month. But today it is not there, I have tried to get hold of my parents but they have gone away camping and decided to not bring phone chargers with them so I cannot ask if the money has left their account. I went to my bank and they said they could not help me. Any idea what has gone wrong? I only have 97p in my account and need to buy food, will i get it soon?
