Do you think he likes me?

ok i jus started this job a week ago and i met this guy oliver a few days ago. i have caught him staring at me alot. we both have had glaces for the two days we have worked together. today i walked up to him about something work related as he was walking somewhere and he says hello beautiful. then an hour later i come up to talk to him..this time we start talking about our personal lifes a little. he tells me hes a few years older than me(28) and has a 3 year old daughter who he has custody of because her mom walked out on her wen she was a baby. i tell him i have a daughter too. which is cool! and i tell him about my previous job and come to find out he worked there too and knows my dad. then mentions that we should go out for drinks sometime and as im walking away he grabs my arm and kisses my hand and says i have the most prettiest eyes and gazes in my eyes for a few seconds. then at the end of the night as im about to leave he comes up to me and gives me a hug and a kiss on the cheek in front of everyone kinda. does he like me or jus friendly? he says go for a drink? wat does that mean? is he jus wanting ? im confused. if he likes me and wants to see me outside of work, why didn't he ask for my number or give me his? what should i do? im starting to kinda like this guy already! wow! the chemistry is great!
