I want to travel to abudhabi for 3 days to see my wife.she is on visit visa for 1 mth. i am not booking a hote?

I would like to travel to abu dhabi for 3 days. I am not taking a hotel there. i am not flying emirates because of tight budget. please guide how to get a visa for the same.
