Juvenile court case 90 day hold open?

Your mother can drop the current charges but depending on what they are that might not make them go away. There are things that once the State becomes involved can continue even if dropped. Sounds like you completed the obligation to the 90 day hold. Got paperwork that shows it was dismissed? (it couldn't hurt to ask) Let me guess - the police is the 'they' who mentioned bringing back the charges. I'd think they are trying to worry you. You need to make sure that you were not still in some probationary period. Remember it is your right to have council provided.
