I know this might sound crazy, but do lots of push-ups! It works EVERYTHING. All you have to do is do this like twice a week, and you just do as many possible push-ups that you can at one time. And then hopefully you improve and can do more later on. I can do around 20ish. Also you could do lots of jumping exercises. Like jump on a box or even jump rope. But I personally don't recommend jump roping as much as other things. And please don't stress about weight girl! Just maintain your weight, Eat healthy, and drink tons of water!!!
