How much will I be affected when applying for a job?
I was in an accident days before being due to take my A levels, consequently I was unable to do any of them. I have good AS Levels and am still hopeful of obtaing my place at Warwick University to read International Business. The course is supposed to be a fast track into senior management. I have aspirations of working in business when I'm older and at the moment while still recovering from my accident I am concerned about the effect of missing my A Levels? Will a job application be thrown in the bin when an emloyee looks at it and sees theres no A levels? I have spoken to a few people who are in positions of authority about this and they think that this eill not hav a major impact and that the interview is the main determinant as to whether or not you get the job, howvere I am concerned that I will not get to interview without A levels. There is also a possibility that I awill haev to do my A levels next year and have ayear out, which of course I had not planned, will this affet me?
