I'm 16 and want to lose weight on Weight Watchers by March (about 7 months away)?
One of the best things about WW is that it is not like a "diet". You learn how to balance what you eat, you never have to deprive yourself. I have had great success, losing between 3-4lbs. per week, and it was very easy. My husband is a junk food junkie, and our house is always filled with snacks. I used to think that to lose weight I had to cut everything out, but now I've learned that I can still eat healthy while enjoying the same foods that he does. Oh, and DDR is an awesome exercise routine, thats all I do. I do it maybe 3-4days a week for about an hour. I've lost 40lbs. since mid-April with it.
