Possible GPU in asus n10e?

i got a new asus n10e a while ago. and came home with it, to find out that the better version of this (n10j) with a cazy graphics thing was only 30 dollars more. so i was a little disapointed. but, i was wondering, because the newer version... (im uming) is basically the same thing but with a bit more ram and a nvidia GPU, would it be possible to buy a GPU and some how get it in my notebook? p.s sorry if its a dum question, i dont know much about gpu's.
