For an Accounting Major or Business Major, which one is better? U.W. Seattle or St Martin's University?

I'm planning to transfer to University Of Washington, Seattle or St Martin's University. I just need a good advice if UW Seattle is best for me since I'm single and live by myself, and looking for a place where I can find jobs and enjoy the atmosphere of a city or should I go to Saint Martin University which is more like a countryside, boring, and 50 miles south of Seattle. Can anyone help me on this? I'm transfering in 6 months. Plus, I need someone to tell me where I can find an inexpensive, affordable apartment closeby or within 2 miles from the university. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me.
